State Secretary of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry called the Slovak minister who insulted Orban, a provocateur.
Acting Slovak Foreign Minister Rastislav Kacher, who swore obscenely at Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, is a provocateur and should be treated accordingly. This was stated on February 21 by the State Secretary of the Hungarian Foreign Ministry for Bilateral Relations, Tamas Menzer.
“We will not succumb to provocation PestiSracok quoted him as saying in response to a post by the Slovak Foreign Minister on a social network.
Menzer added that the Hungarian Foreign Ministry entirely agrees with the statement of the chairman of the parliamentary committee on foreign affairs, Zsolt Nemeth, who stated a firm position not to succumb to the tricks of provocateurs like Kacer.
The latter rudely criticized orban on the social network for his anti-Ukrainian position, which involved Hungary’s unwillingness to supply weapons to Ukraine .
Kaczer also mentioned that the Hungarian Prime Minister said in his annual report that only Hungary sees a different path to peace in the EU and NATO and follows it. For this, Kacher called on Orban to get out of his post.
On February 4, the country’s Ministry of Energy also opposed the further expansion of restrictions on the energy resources of the Russian federation , pointing out the risks of destabilizing supplies due to oil imports from distant regions.
On January 27, Orban guaranteed a veto on European sanctions against Russian nuclear energy.
