CT Facts: Celebrities With Insured Body Parts 2021

Having a lot of money means that there’s probably some talent you have that’s making you a lot of money. While that can range from intellect or technological insight to having exceptional musical talent or artistic vision, for some people it’s at least in some part tied to their body.

It seems shallow to insure your body parts, because it is, but there’s actually a huge list of celebrities that have insured the most insane body parts you can think of. Let’s take a look.

Rihanna – Legs

We know she loves showing off her legs in her glamorous outfits, and apparently she loves her legs so much she decided to have them insured for 1 million dollars. Ri-Ri girl, you’re much more than just a pair of – granted, amazing – legs.

Mariah Carey – Legs and Voice

I swear, this list isn’t going to be every celebrity that insures their legs. But I’ll also tell you that this isn’t the last one. Mariah insured her voice – understandably – for 35 million dollars, and her legs for a whopping 1 billion dollars. Not only does this make Mariah’s legs the most expensive body parts on Earth, it also means the singer values her legs at 30 times the price of her voice. What?

Keith Richards – Hands

What do you do when you’re one of the most iconic guitarists of not one, but two generations (maybe even three, he’s super old)? You get your hands insured for 2 million dollars. I can understand that –  this guy has been playing guitar for the Rolling Stones for as long as anyone can remember. That’d be hard without his hands.

Miley Cyrus – Tongue

This apparently happened after she started sticking out her tongue so much in public and it became somewhat of her trademark. I’ve no idea how these things work, I haven’t been up to date on what’s hip for literal decades. Anyway, she insured her tongue for 1 million dollars just in case some freak accident would render her unable to … stick out her tongue at people?

Taylor Swift – Legs

Hah, you thought we were done with the legs, huh? Wrong! In a true feminist fashion where powerful women have decided that despite the fact they’re artists, their most defining feature are their legs, Taylor insured hers for 40 million dollars. In her defense, this should be taken with a grain of salt as this is all based on an Instagram post where she posted a picture of her scratched leg and said her cat owed her 40 million dollars.

Tom Jones – Chest Hair

That’s right, this man isn’t afraid to admit he hails from a time when men were hairy, manly men! He insured his chest hair for no less than 3,5 million dollars because apparently he was annoyed at female fans trying to pluck his chest hair. I have so many questions after writing this story.

Cristiano Ronaldo – Legs

Finally, someone that insures their legs and actually makes money with their legs. Worst part of it all? They’re only insured for 90 million dollars. Let me get this straight: the value of the legs of the football player that will probably end up being the most scoring striker in football history has his legs insured for not even 1/10th of the price a 90’s pop singer does. That’s what’s wrong with the world, kids.
