The teaser published online shows that the team around head of the family Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel) has once again outdone itself. (Also Read: Black Widow premieres new release date : July 9)
While the first trailer of Fast and Furious 9 already showed the supernatural powers of the hero who can stop a car with his bare hands, the new excerpts from the long-awaited film show that cars can not only fly, but can even “drive” into space . In fact, at the very end of the trailer, the two characters Roman Pierce (Tyrese Gibson) and Tej Parker (Ludacris) find themselves in a suit in the cockpit of a Pontiac Fiero, which is equipped with two rocket boosters. Better still, the jet car is dropped from an airplane, just like the U.S. Space Shuttle Columbia was dropped from a Boeing 747 during flight tests in 1980.

With the new episode of Fast And Furious, we’re celebrating the 20th anniversary since the very first film was released in 2001 with the indomitable Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker. The saga is not ready to end, however, as two new episodes are in the works: Numbers 10 and 11 to be directed by Justin Lin, who has already directed episodes three (Tokyo Drift) through six.
