Ed Sheeran’s daughter Lyra has also tested positive for Covid-19. after the singer confirmed he had contracted the virus.
The Bad Habits hitmaker isolates himself with one-year-old Lyra and away from his wife Cherry for 10 days because his wife is currently testing negative.
Ed said, โI isolate myself with my daughter. I was alone with her, without my wife, since we are both positive. I will now spend 10 days alone with her. ‘
He added to the Eden Confidential column of the Daily Mail that there is certainly a silver lining to the situation, stressing: โSometimes I’m away and only spend two days a week with her, so I can be with her. for 10 consecutive days is great. ‘
The 30-year-old and his wife Cherry, 29, welcomed baby Lyra Antarctica in September 2020.

However, Ed had to rethink some of his upcoming performance after testing positive for Covid-19.
He said in a statement: โQuick note to let you know that I unfortunately tested positive for Covid so I am self-isolating now and following government guidelines.
โThis means that I am not able to continue my engagements in person at the moment, so I will be doing as many of my scheduled interviews / performances as possible from my home.
โI apologize to everyone I have let down. Everyone be safe.
It was scheduled to perform on Saturday Night Live on November 6, with producers “scrambling” to find a replacement, according to PageSix.
Ed is believed to have offered to play remotely, but it has not been decided if that might be an option.
