US citizen Alicia Day, arrested for walking a calf on Red Square in Moscow, fell in love with a Russian policeman during her time spent in a special detention center. She told NEWS.ru about this.
According to her, she intends to challenge the court’s decision to ban entry into Russia for a period of 40 years in order to return to her beloved. For the sake of meeting with him, the American even expressed her readiness to serve in the colony.
She spent 13 days in the special detention center, there were good conditions, but she was bored. The American says that the police respected her and the rest of the prisoners, among them she found a friend. From boredom, Alicia was saved by taking a shower five times a day.
On February 16, the Troitsky Court of Moscow issued a decision to expel Day from Russia and ban entry into the country for 40 years. She did not register, as required by law, after arriving in Russia.
On January 31, police detained her for walking a calf on Red Square in Moscow. She told them that she wanted to save the animal from slaughter, and decided to drag it to the center of the capital because of her love for Russia. After that, the court arrested Alicia for 13 days.
