In a disturbing turn of events, Indian authorities have apprehended three individuals in connection with the brutal assault and rape of a Brazilian-Spanish tourist and her partner in Dumka, eastern India. The victims, identified as Vicente and Fernanda, were discovered by police late Friday night, battered and traumatized on the side of a road. Fernanda, displaying immense courage, recounted the terrifying experience in a video interview, detailing the brutal assault she endured while Vicente sustained injuries defending her.
