The government allowed to register cars at the MFC

It will now be possible to register vehicles in the multifunctional centers of state and municipal services (MFC). The decree on this was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The document was published on the website of the Cabinet.

The new service will become available thanks to the involvement of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to work on the territory of the MFC. They will only inspect cars. Employees of public service centers are entrusted with accepting applications and issuing ready-made documents.

As follows from the text of the resolution, the service will not be available in all MFCs, but only where there is the necessary infrastructure for this.

The government believes that the new rules for registering cars will simplify the state registration procedure, save time for vehicle owners and expand the range of services provided at the MFC.
