The iQoo Neo 7 5G has a starting price of ₹29,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB ROM variant, while its 12GB RAM with 256GB ROM version is priced at ₹33,999. On the other hand, the Poco X5 Pro is available in two models, with the base variant featuring 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage priced at ₹22,999, and the other model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costing ₹24,999.

When it comes to display and processor, the iQoo Neo 7 5G is a dual-SIM (nano) device that runs on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13. It has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone is powered by the octa-core 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8200 5G chipset, coupled with Mali G610 and up to 12GB of LPDDR RAM, with expandable RAM support of up to 20GB

In contrast, the Poco X5 Pro 5G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with Adreno 642L GPU. It features a 6.67-inch Xfinity AMOLED display with 900 nits of peak brightness and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It offers HDR10+ support and has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The handset offers up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Poco X5 Pro runs on custom MIUI 14 based on Android 12.
