Apple is expanding customer service and offering free online courses on iPhone & Co.

During the lockdown, Apple offers its customers the opportunity to participate in online events and courses as part of the “Today at Apple Sessions”.
Apple is known for relying on special customer support and service online as well as in its official stores . The various courses and events are always useful support, especially for all those who are new to the Apple universe. During the lockdown, of course, the Apple stores cannot offer their usual service. But that does not mean that the Californian technology group does not offer its customers special support. In Germany, too, Apple users will soon have several options for getting help from professionals on iPhone, iPad, Mac & Co. via video calls . There are special courses on “Getting to know Mac”, “Getting to know iPad” and “Getting to know iPhone”. (Also Read: Apple became the leader in smartphones by number of devices sold)

These are so-called Virtual Studios, which Apple is organizing together with the London company It’s Nice That. The events, which focus on specific creative and innovative projects , are led by international artists, designers, creatives and photographers. More information on this and the option to register can be found here on the Apple website . (Also Read: Apple planning to cease production of one of its most recent devices)
