In addition to an animated series, 3 new series related to Game of Thrones are currently in development for HBO. The second project is expected to take place 1000 years before the facts recounted in Game of Thrones. It is called 10,000 Ships and could focus on the character of Nymeria, the ancestor of House Martell who founded the kingdom of Dorne. The third project is for the moment more mysterious, without any announced title, but could take place in the infamous district of โFlea Bottomโ in Port Real, where Culpicier lives and where the characters of Davos Mervault and Gendry Baratheon were born. Despite a controversial eighth and final season, Game of Thrones still fascinates and inspires series creators.
