iMac will also be available in bright colors in 2021

Is Apple returning to its origins?

One leaker, however, wants to know that the iMac will also be available in bright colors in 2021. So far, Apple has only relied on classic silver. A new Mac Pro Mini is reportedly also being planned.
Apple’s global triumph finally began in 1998 with the colorful iMac. The cute desktop computer with the round shapes and the semi-transparent housing brought a breath of fresh air to the industry in its uniform gray. With the modern successor, Apple relied entirely on high-end restraint. Color alternatives? Nothing. Until now, customers only had the choice of whether they wanted their device with a 21.5 or 27 inch screen diagonal. That will change in 2021 – at least that’s what the well-known and always well-informed leaker Jon Prosser claims. According to him, the colorful iMac is coming back this year.

Apple: The iMac should be available in these five colors in 2021

Prosser also presented a photo of what the new iMac could look like on his YouTube channel. Accordingly, buyers could choose between five designs in the future . The color alternatives should correspond to the colors of the fourth generation iPad Air, the insider announced. In the future, the desktop PC could be available in silver, space gray, green, sky blue and rose gold .
According to Prosser, Apple has also opted for a seamless design for the colored models. As you can see in its illustration, the case and stand of the new iMac are monochrome. The only exception: the Apple logo on the back. The matte finish of the colorful iMacs is also striking. According to the leaker, they should come onto the market in 2021.

Apple is also reportedly working on a Mac Pro Mini

Jon Prosser also has news about a new compact computer from Apple in his luggage. A smaller version of the high-end Mac Pro PC has been speculated for a long time . The leaker claims to have found out from his source that the Mac Pro Mini (the name is still pure speculation) will visually resemble the cheaper Mac mini. “Three to four minis, stacked on top of each other” – that’s how the informant described the new Apple computer, says Prosser in the YouTube video. In it he shows the image of a cuboid device with rounded corners.
According to Prosser, both the new iMac and the Mac Pro Mini will be equipped with the company’s own Apple silicon chip.
